A Culinary Art Experience

Years of studying, travelling and experimenting with food, brought in me the desire to use Culinary Arts as a form of language in my creative process.

With my menù I invite my guests on a journey trough the Mediterranean area, with its perfumes and tastes. Imported oil, spices and freshly made pasta and cheeses are some of the ingredients

Strong and long aged cheese or butter, usually kept for months in clay pots with herbs and salt for an intense long lasting taste experience. Ideal with local Honey!
