Years of studying, travelling and experimenting with food, brought in me the desire to use Culinary Arts as a form of language in my creative process.

With my menù I invite my guests on a journey trough the Mediterranean area, with its perfumes and tastes. Imported oil, spices and freshly made cheeses are just some of the ingredients.

The other part is my beautiful garden in Bentonville, where I source most of my fresh products seasonally, among with 6 different varieties of humanely farmed eggs from my coop.
